We have received a notification from Azure Portal: [Microsoft] Engineers are investigating an alert for Azure Active Directory B2C in Europe. If you want to manage signature or autoresponder rules, just log in to CodeTwo from this website: https://app.codetwo.com. Investigating - We are investigating an issue with CodeTwo Admin Panel logon issues for some users. It looks like Microsoft B2C services are down, which means users are unable to log in to CodeTwo Admin Panel. Logging in to CodeTwo Manage Signatures App is available, so if you want to manage signature or autoresponder rules, just log in to CodeTwo from this website: https://app.codetwo.com. Investigating - We can see the problem with Outlook add-in reported yesterday (https://status.codetwo.com/incidents/988w7914l855) is back for a subset of users in Germany West Central and might affect even customers who updated Outlook for Windows to the newest version (which temporarily resolved the problem yesterday).This problem is related to Microsoft infrastructure and backend code, which CodeTwo has no control of, and it affects any Outlook web add-in in Outlook for Windows (also from other vendors). Microsoft has been working on resolving this issue since yesterday, but so far the problem has not been identified by them. CodeTwo is currently helping Microsoft with repro steps and finding the culprit.If your users are affected and their signatures are not added as they type an email, please inform them to use Outlook on the web (OWA) until the issue is resolved, or you can use the server-side mode only for your organization (which will add all signatures after emails are sent - irrespective of the add-in functionality).Add-ins in Outlook for Mac, OWA, iPhone and Android seem to work correctly across the entire user base. [Germany] Outlook add-in might not add signatures in Outlook for Windows

Details

Identified - A recent update performed by Microsoft might affect some Outlook web add-ins and prevent them from adding content to emails. CodeTwo add-ins are affected as well (signatures are not added). The problem concerns Outlook version 2402, build 17328.20162, Current Update Channel from March 4, 2024. We're in touch with Microsoft product groups to help them resolve the problem but we can see that updating Outlook to the newest version resolves the problem. To fix the problem now, update Outlook on Windows to the most recent build: version 2402, build 17328.20184 (File > Office Account > Update Options > Update now). To check what version of Outlook you have please go to File > Office Account > About Outlook. Other Outlook versions and Outlook for Mac/iOS/Android do not seem to be affected. About Our CodeTwo Status Page Integration

CodeTwo is a Hosting and Productivity solution that StatusGator has been monitoring since November 2019. Over the past over 4 years, we have collected data on on more than 64 outages that affected CodeTwo users. When CodeTwo publishes downtime on their status page, they do so across 126 components and 9 groups using 4 different statuses: up, warn, down, and maintenance which we use to provide granular uptime metrics and notifications.
